The 11 MONTH FREE SHOPPING PROGRAM entitles you to get 11months free shopping benefit.


Offer Date: 1st Oct to 15th Nov 2015. Redemption of free shopping value starts from 1st Dec 2015.

When will I get the Future Group Free Shopping Benefit? (which day of the month)

On 1st of every month the Free shopping benefit will reflect in the card.


This will start from 1st December 2015.

How will I come to know that the Free shopping benefit is credited?

You will get SMS once the free shopping benefit is credited, only if you have registered your card with your mobile number. Existing card holders need not register.


You can also visit the participating future group stores or call our call center to know this information customer contact centre on 1860 180 0888.

What is the period of offer?

1st October 2015 to 15th November 2015 is the shopping period


The redemption of Free Shopping benefit will start from 1st December 2015.

Is it mandatory to complete KYC for redemption of free shopping benefit?

Yes, unless KYC is complete you will not be able to redeem the free shopping value.


KYC forms will not be processed unless all mandatory fields marked with asterisks are correctly filled and signed. Applicants must agree to the Terms and Conditions on submission of the form.

Where do I fill my KYC form?

a) You can visit the participating future group store.
b) You can also login to your account with your unique User Id and password for updating the KYC

How can I get my user id and password for login on to www.fgsf.in website?

You will get the user id and password when you will send your 14 digit card number on sms to 9040090400# . Your user id is last 12 digit of your FGSC card number.


For example – For card number 82123456789012, the Login ID is 123456789012.

Can I change my user id?

No, you cannot change the User ID.

Should I scan my card with the cashier for redeeming the Free Shopping Benefit?

YES, you will have to give the card during redemption of the Free shopping benefit.


If KYC is incomplete you cannot redeem the Free shopping benefit. You will have to visit the Customer Service Desk to capture complete/correct information in KYC or login to your account with your unique User Id and password for updating the KYC.

What is the validity of this shopping Benefit?

1 month. It has to be redeemed in the same month.

Can I accumulate my monthly shopping benefit and use later?

NO, Free shopping benefit will be credited in the calendar month has to be used in the same month.

What happens if I don’t use my monthly shopping Benefit in that month?

The unused shopping benefit balance gets lapsed.

What happens if I use my monthly shopping benefit partially in that month?

The unused shopping benefit balance gets lapsed.

Can I redeem my Payback points while redeeming the Free Shopping Benefit?

YES

Will I get Payback points on the purchase against my Free Shopping Benefit value?

YES

Redemption of Shopping Benefit valid on entire range or there are exceptions?

No, not applicable on purchase of Navras, Babyfood, Cigrattes, Gift Vouchers, Shop in Shop and Profit Club top ups.

Can I Redeem the monthly Free Shopping Benefit to pay the down payment for my new order booked in December 2015 through finance schemes?

YES

Is there any minimum purchase amount for redeeming Free Shopping Benefit?

NO

Is there any condition of bill value / slab while redeeming Free Shopping Benefit?

There are no other conditions.

Do I have to redeem the Free Shopping Benefit in same format of original purchase?

NO. It can be redeemed across all the participating future group stores.

Can I redeem a GIFT VOUCHER along with redeeming the Free Shopping Benefit in same transaction?

Yes

I am not carrying the physical card with me, can I do the redemption?

NO, for redemption physical card is mandatory

Can I use multiple shopping cards in 1 transaction while redemption of monthly shopping benefit?

NO

Can I use the card in multiple cities?

Yes

What if my card is lost?

We can retrieve your card if you had completed the registration of your card or filled the KYC.


The company will not be liable for loss of card if the card is not registered or your KYC is not completed.


You can call the Call center 1860 180 0888 or visit customer service desk of the store. IF your card is registered, there is a verification process, and after successful verification the old card will be blocked and new card will be issued.

Can you issue me a new card if I give you all the physical bills as my card is lost before registration?

We cannot retrieve or authenticate if the card gets lost before registration.

I am already a member of FGSF and have card? Can I continue using the same card?

Yes, you can the same card for accumulation of the shopping value from 1st October 2015 to 15th Nov 2015. The free shopping credit will get credited in the same card from 1st December 2015.

Can the free shopping benefit of 2 cards be clubbed?

NO, we cannot club cards. Cards are non-transferable

I already have a FGSF shopping card, while redeeming the Free shopping credit in October 2015, will the redemption value get accumulated in the card?

NO, The value of redemption cannot be a part of accumulation.

I have a bill dated 10th October 2015, which I does not show registered or I forgot to register. Can I accumulate value of this bill after 15th November 2015 ?

Any bill having dates between 1st October 2015 to 15th November 2015, can be accumulated till 22nd November 2015 only. You can visit the respective participating Future Group stores and contact the Customer Service Desk.

The accumulated shopping value in my card till 15th November 2015 is Rs. 10000. How can I select the duration of the free shopping, which will give me Rs. 200 for 6 months ?

You have to visit the customer service desk of any participating futuregroup store (Please refer Annexure 1) between 23rd Nov 2015 to 28th Nov 2015 and give your choice of 6 months which will be updated in the system. Incase, the choice is not made, the shopping value will be processed for 6 months.

Can I buy products for my commercial use or for my retail stores or for any other trade purpose?

No, this scheme is applicable only for end users or retail consumers for their personal use.

Is there any quantity restriction while purchasing products?

There is No quantity restriction for end users or retail customers for their personal use. However, management has the right to restrict the quantity, based on the shopping behaviours observed as the scheme is applicable for end users and not for any kind of further trade.


Company reserves the right to reverse the Free Shopping Benefit given if it is found that the products were purchased for trade purpose and not for personal use.

Can we do the shopping in group?

NO, this Scheme is applicable only for individual customers and hence free shopping benefit will be given only to the individual card holders.
